Admin function
The Admin can grant or revoke the Maintainer role to an address.
The Maintainer(s) can deploy new Credit Line, and modify the “Debt Ceilling”, the “Fee Recipient”, the “Fees Allocation”, and the “Liquidation fee” of each Credit Line.
